Australian Science Festival is partnering with senso to
present this event.
Food
lover? Curious cook?
This
event presents a live cook-off between two highly
acclaimed and outstanding chefs (including Jan Gundlach),
while they explain the science behind their cooking and
the principles in producing great dishes. Diners will
get to rate their preferred dish and stand a chance to
win a mystery gift.
The
evening includes a four course meal at Senso (normally
