There are opportunities for all skill levels - from young, aspiring cooks to those with years of experience.

Our well-designed demonstration kitchen has intimate theatre-style seating. Kitchen work benches, located in the middle of flavours, are where you roll up your sleeves and gain hands-on experience.

Student numbers are kept to a minimum so everyone can absorb the full flavour of their experience. Students sit close to the chef and what is being taught.
