Sight.
Scent. Taste. Texture. The combination of these senses
end up in a burst of flavours in the mouth, imprinting
the experience in minds and triggering memories and
perceptions. Explore the science behind taste and
understand the perception of flavours as Senso's Jan
Gundlach and Frank van de Loo of Mount Majura Vineyard
demonstrate how food and wine alter our perceptions of
taste.
