Truffle Growers Forum
Everything you wanted to know about truffles but were afraid to ask! This is a fun event at senso starting Saturday at 4.00pm till 5.00pm. You'll hear about growing truffles, how to select the best quality ones, learn where the industry is heading. Then you get to taste some truffle dishes that Jan has prepared. We've invited a panel of local 'noses' - wine, dairy, olive oil judges and some chefs to pick the aromas from a range of truffle regions. $40 per person.

Jaan's Table Truffle Degustation Dinner
Saturday 27 - We invite you to experience and enjoy an exquisite Australian Black Truffle degustation menu with selected fine wines Absorb senso’s unique atmosphere, enjoy culinary excitement and stimulate your taste. The five course menu is priced at $175.00 per person. 6.30 pm for 7pm start

Truffle Master Class
Sunday, June 28 - Join Dominique, Anthony and Jan, who will create inspiring truffle dishes for you to taste and create at home 3-5pm - Dominique Rizzo  is from Pure Food Cooking, Brisbane, Anthony Fullerton is the Executive Chef at Hotel Realm, Canberra and you all know Jan. 
Cost:  $90.00 per person.

Six@senso
Wednesday, July 1 - our regular Six@senso gets truffledCuisine by Jan Gundlach and iconic wines. Cost:  $66 per person includes a  welcome drink and four course tasting menu. Then select wines start from $5 per 100 ml glass and $28 per bottle.

Cook and Eat - Truffle
Thursday July 9 - Explore truffles and their application in cookery during a culinary appreciation and hands-on session. Four recipes will be featured and the following dinner will be complemented by selected beverages. Cost: $130.00 per person.

Chef’s Table - Luncheon or Dinner

 Enjoy our Chef's Table dinner event after a culinary appreciation session every Saturday night, starting at 6.30 pm. The Chef’s Table is also available for group bookings during lunch

The Cook & Eat program offers ever changing culinary themes followed by a four course dinner with matching wines or beverages

Culinary Diploma

The senso. Culinary Diploma takes both beginners and experienced cooks through a series of hands-on practical sessions incorporating the most important culinary principles
